I ordered an Oscar II almost 2 weeks…

I ordered an Oscar II almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not even shipped. Voltage has been very hard for me contact. I am looking at mid April before my product ships. I guess I should have used Amazon. It appears to me this company is selling machines that it does not have in stock, taking the money up front and leaving you with an extended wait time.
