Tried getting a simple key regeneration after an issue, and the support team was useless from start to finish. Instead of helping, I got attitude like "bro what", constant excuses, and zero solutions.
They told me "We don't have the power to give keys to people, the owners have a life they can't help everyone else" — so why even have a support channel if nobody can actually fix anything?
They blamed me for not reporting the problem within the first 24 hours, even though I provided video proof to make it easier for them. No empathy, no resolution, just sarcasm and gaslighting the whole time ("bad staff when I'm trying to help you understand?").
The product might work for some, but the support is straight garbage — arrogant staff acting superior with zero ability to help. Wasted my time completely, no fix provided, and now I'm stuck. Save your money and look elsewhere if you value actual customer service.
