Review Time
I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I waited a week+ for a key and still haven't gotten it. I left a bad review on their discord and they deleted my review. When I asked about it in their Discord, support admitted the delay was “not acceptable,” but nothing changed. They kept repeating that they were “going one by one,” even though keys are supposed to be automatic and in my opinion "one by one" is wrong, tickets should be done based on urgency. Just means they have no experience whatsoever.
Voltaris bot lost 1:14 to a free carbonx bot(can show anyone proof, and all settings were set), opened a ticket a junior support answers and when i offer to show him how bad it is he closes the ticket and says "bye"...
The owner didn't respond tho so maybe he would have done it different.
Tried getting a simple key regeneration after an issue, and the support team was useless from start to finish. Instead of helping, I got attitude like "bro what", constant excuses, and zero solutions.
They told me "We don't have the power to give keys to people, the owners have a life they can't help everyone else" — so why even have a support channel if nobody can actually fix anything?
They blamed me for not reporting the problem within the first 24 hours, even though I provided video proof to make it easier for them. No empathy, no resolution, just sarcasm and gaslighting the whole time ("bad staff when I'm trying to help you understand?").
The product might work for some, but the support is straight garbage — arrogant staff acting superior with zero ability to help. Wasted my time completely, no fix provided, and now I'm stuck. Save your money and look elsewhere if you value actual customer service.
Avoid Voltaris if you ever need support. 0/10 experience.

Having been part of the team, I can confidently say that the environment is fantastic. The management treats everyone exceptionally well, and the customers are always satisfied. I have no complaints and feel really pleased with how everything is progressing. The owners are laid-back, and even after leaving, I still keep in touch with them. They are wonderful, and the quality of the offerings is outstanding.
The first key took a while to arrive, but the next one came instantly. There are some issues that require contacting the support team, but overall the bot functions well. However, I would advise against using the humanizer feature as it detracts from the experience.
I want to mention that receiving my key took a bit longer due to time zone differences, but I can't be too upset; that's just how things go. Beyond that, the support team was incredibly helpful, kind, and kept their promise in assisting me with my key. Truly outstanding support!
