My spouse ordered an e-bike in October, expecting delivery by 24 November. Not only did the bike not arrive on time, but after a two-week delay, we were informed that delivery wouldn't be possible until January 2026. This was shocking and indicated extremely poor operational management. Due to this issue, we have had to spend £300–£400 monthly on shared e-bikes just to meet our daily transport needs. The service provider has not offered a proper refund or compensation for our financial losses due to their delays. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against ordering an e-bike unless it is physically in stock and ready for immediate delivery. We are deeply disappointed and have initiated legal action to recover our losses. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences we've encountered.
