Eight years ago, I bought my bike, and every Spring, it reliably comes back to life even without rigorous maintenance. Recently, I had an incident that misaligned the sensor. I took it back to the service provider, and they skillfully adjusted the sensor, rewired the lights, performed a complete service with a new chain, hub, front brakes, and brake cable, and gave it a thorough clean. It felt like riding a brand-new bike for under £200! An outstanding bike and exceptional service from an impressive company.

I returned it to the service provider, and they expertly readjusted the sensor, rewired the lights, and provided a full service including a new chain, hub, front brakes, and brake cable, along with a comprehensive cleaning. It felt like having a brand-new bike for less than £200! An amazing bike paired with excellent service from a fantastic company.
My spouse ordered an e-bike in October, expecting delivery by 24 November. Not only did the bike not arrive on time, but after a two-week delay, we were informed that delivery wouldn't be possible until January 2026. This was shocking and indicated extremely poor operational management. Due to this issue, we have had to spend £300–£400 monthly on shared e-bikes just to meet our daily transport needs. The service provider has not offered a proper refund or compensation for our financial losses due to their delays. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against ordering an e-bike unless it is physically in stock and ready for immediate delivery. We are deeply disappointed and have initiated legal action to recover our losses. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences we've encountered.
I purchased a Metro LS eBike about six months ago, and I absolutely adore it. The bike looks stunning, feels solidly built, and rides like a dream. All the features are of high quality—the seat, lights, handles, even the bell. I haven't felt the need to upgrade anything. The bike is very comfortable and easy to ride. In terms of power, I've been genuinely impressed. There are four speeds, but I've rarely needed to go beyond level two, even with the coastal winds and steep hills in my area. There's a small lever that provides a boost when starting off, which is quite useful. This is my first eBike, and I found the controls very easy to master. It's a folding bike with smaller wheels, making it very maneuverable. Best of all, riding it is a blast! Highly recommended. Ten out of ten.
I've owned my bike for two years, and it remains one of my best purchases. I use it daily for a 15-minute commute each way, and the battery life is outstanding. After a recent accident where someone reversed into me, damaging the rear wheel, I took it to the service provider. They quickly arranged an inspection and reported damage to both the frame and wheel. A new frame was organized, and the motor was rebuilt into a new wheel. I opted for a different color frame, which I actually prefer. The quote was provided swiftly, allowing me to collect funds from the third party. The bike was repaired and returned to me in no time, and shortly after, I was pleasantly offered an extension on my warranty. I can confidently say that the team has delivered exceptional service. Highly recommend!
The handlebar folding mechanism broke, leaving me with the handlebars about a foot off the bike. Thankfully, I wasn’t injured. I was surprised by the service provider's response, which changed through three interactions: 1. Initial sympathy with assurance they'd collect and fix the bike. 2. A payment link for a new part without instructions, suggesting that the failure was likely my fault for not checking it. 3. Being informed they don’t pick up bikes, with no further sympathy. A promised callback from another department never occurred. This was quite disappointing, and I'm now hesitant to ride the bike again, given that a load-bearing aluminum piece broke mid-ride.
I've had my pulse bike for a week, riding 14 miles daily. The service team arranged a test ride at a fantastic shop where customer service is prioritized. I can't fault the bike at all; it's exceeded my expectations. I would recommend both the service provider and the shop to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike.
In a previous review, I rated the service provider 4 stars and wanted to give them 4.5, so here’s a 5-star review to reflect that. This review focuses on my ongoing satisfaction with my bike and the range I can achieve on a single battery charge. I'm a retired 66-year-old, weighing around 101 kg, and I've been trying to reduce this. Recently, I covered 62.5 miles on one charge with 7% remaining. I used the first level of assistance the entire time. My fitness tracker recorded 5460 ft of elevation, with the bike plus my gear weighing 129 kg. I think that's quite impressive. These rides were workouts rather than leisurely outings. However, I am confident I could complete over 50 miles using all levels of assistance without worrying about running out of battery.
The bikes are good, but the customer service is lacking. I ordered a new rear wheel for my bike in early July, and it didn't arrive due to excuses about sourcing spokes. I went on holiday in mid-August using the old wheel. When I returned in early September, the replacement wheel finally arrived, but it was the wrong size. Now, I face another long wait with no clarity on when this will be resolved. It's disappointing, as we genuinely like the bikes.
