I have had a problem with the real time traffic information on my Volvo's satnav since early April, 2025. Coincidentally it had a software upgrade then. No info from Volvo then I read a comment on a user forum in August about a possible remedy so contacted Volvo again and they told me to book it in to the local dealer for a free software upgrade. Phoned dealer - not free. Complained to Volvo UK - not our problem - deal with dealer.
