We have used Vonage for years and they cut our lines of yesterday afternoon as they said we missed a payment after saying not a problem can we pay we were told you will have to wait 2 hours for a call I said we are running a business of 20+ staff and they still have not called us nearly 24 hours after you can not run a business like this I would not suggest any business going with this company and we are now planning to move away after nearly paying you £1,000 a month.
