Our experience has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service is a constant cycle of being transferred, with each team passing the issue along without taking responsibility. Technical inquiries go unanswered, and support representatives provide vague responses. We've had an API access issue for over a month, submitted several tickets, and still no resolution. Our account representative has been unresponsive, ignoring emails and failing to escalate our issues. Additionally, the reliability of the service has been a daily annoyance, with dropped calls and outages disrupting operations. It's evident this service is not capable of delivering dependable support or functionality.
