After using another provider for over 6 years I decided to search for another provider due to a severe decline in customer service (how can a communications provider *not* be able to take customer service calls?) From my initial inquiry via an online questionnaire (LinkedIn) to being contacted by a sales rep (Erin and Zulesca) and then directed to Gerald. The interactions were professional and smooth. I received a proposal that fits my company's needs and was able to order my new services all in a single call. I have to say we are extremely satisfied and Gerald was a big part of that.
