If a 0-star option existed, that would be my rating. I spoke with a representative last December regarding a quote for a business mobile app priced at 23 dollars a month. I confirmed that this was not a limited-time offer and was assured it would remain at that rate for a year, with an increase afterward. The first month, I was charged 23 dollars, but subsequent months saw my bill rise to 44 dollars. After two months of unexpected charges and multiple calls, I decided to cancel the service on 3/11/25, feeling misled about the pricing. Instead of assistance, I was treated as if I didn’t understand the situation, despite my thorough inquiries before signing up. I received an email confirming my cancellation request with a case number, so I thought everything was resolved. However, I later discovered they continued charging me, and the fees increased. It’s nearly impossible to reach a real person; interactions are mostly automated, and when I finally did speak to someone, communication was challenging, leading to numerous transfers. I spent over an hour on hold only to be disconnected. When I called back to cancel, I went through the same frustrating process, and the so-called supervisor was rude and condescending. It seems she didn’t grasp what canceling my policy meant, as I was charged for ten months post-cancellation. I strongly advise against using this service, as it has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered.
