I have been facing difficulties making calls to Nigeria, which is essential for my wife to connect with her family. For the past two weeks, we have been unable to make these calls, although the service works for other numbers. After reaching out to support, I was told it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. However, after following up, I am still without a resolution. I am considering canceling my accounts, as I have been a loyal customer since 2014.
