Issues with Number Porting

We need to transfer our existing landline number to a new broadband provider using the ‘One Step’ system. Having had the same number for nearly 40 years, it has been almost three weeks with numerous calls and emails but no resolution. It’s frustrating to be unable to reach anyone beyond the initial customer support team or speak with management. I cannot recommend this service due to my experience.

Frustrating Call Issues

I have been facing difficulties making calls to Nigeria, which is essential for my wife to connect with her family. For the past two weeks, we have been unable to make these calls, although the service works for other numbers. After reaching out to support, I was told it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. However, after following up, I am still without a resolution. I am considering canceling my accounts, as I have been a loyal customer since 2014. The service is great when it works, but problems seem to arise when we need assistance.
