Bracelet was delivered damaged while I was out of town. When I contacted the company to ask for a replacement, I was told I was outside the 3 day window for making a claim, even though it was delivered when I was out of town and I reported the problem within the 3day window when I returned. Don’t do business with these folks- they claim their website states this (ridiculous) policy but I couldn’t find it anywhere on their website. Stay away from these shysters!
