I ordered a personalized bracelet for my son. Was planning on giving for Christmas. I just threw it in the trash. Cheap! I actually laughed at how terrible it looks. I can’t believe I let myself buy it. Totally baited and switched and that doesn’t usually happen to me. This bracelet is incredibly poorly made and there are no returns/refunds for personalized items. Its quality is something you would win at a local fair or a vending machine game at an arcade. My order number is 51287. My advice is to ignore this company and go to your local small business or crystal shop.
