It's unacceptable for a company selling electrical equipment to ignore customer concerns, especially when safety and functionality are involved.The lack of communication and support is appalling. Many others have reported similar experiences: lost deliveries, warranty refusals, and misleading product descriptions. In my case, the charger never arrived, yet they took full payment and never followed up despite repeated attempts to contact them.Their customer service is non-existent, and the company appears to avoid accountability. Based on my experience and the many negative reviews online, I do not recommend Vorsprung to anyone looking for a reliable EV charging solution.Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere
