I ordered a WiFi extender, and after weeks of waiting for shipment, I reached out to customer support. They lack a phone number but provided an email. What kind of business doesn’t have a contact number? After several days, I got a response saying it hadn’t shipped yet. A month later, it finally arrived. When I attempted to return it for a refund, I emailed support again and waited over a week for a reply. Their response was unsatisfactory, so I followed up again. Over a week later, they told me to take pictures of the product, the return package with the shipping label, and the tracking number. After shipping it, I had to send them the photos and tracking info. It’s a cumbersome process, likely designed to discourage returns. When I went to ship it, the post office informed me the address wasn’t recognized. Upon checking, it was a residential address! If the company is in New York, why would it be sent to Georgia? I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. Proceed with caution.
