I ordered a WiFi extender on November 12 and was notified it was sent to UPS for delivery. After waiting 7 days with no response from the company, I reached out again—still nothing. I contacted my bank to stop the payment and reported it to the Better Business Bureau, believing it was a scam. Surprisingly, 3 weeks later, it finally arrived. Today, I received a threatening letter for payment with no contact number or payment method provided! Terrible experience. I will never buy from them again.
