I returned the item due to dissatisfaction, following their return policy. Communication has been terrible. They requested pictures of how it was packed and the tracking label, which I provided but didn’t receive any acknowledgment. They claim they never got it, yet I have proof of delivery from November 8, 30 days ago. I spent $10 to return it and am still waiting for my refund! Currently, they aren’t even acknowledging receipt. I will update if they ever issue my refund, but I might give up since I’ve sent them over 8 emails.
