Ordered the BOBOVR S3 Pro| Strap along with an additional battery, charging dock etc on 27th (just under €300) 5 days later there was no update on the tracking and had to chase. 19th February I got informed it was being sent back because of a failed delivery attempt. I work from home so always here and my contact details were provided but yet no phone call was received during this failed delivery attempt. They say they won't refund me until they receive the order. It is now 1st March and I am still without my money or order and it has been 10 days since anyone has had the decency to respond to any of my emails. How can a company be allowed to get a way with this. Over a month since I paid this company money with nothing to show for it.
