Review Time
I placed a £130 order with this company on 25th march and had a tracking update that "delivery failed, parcel being returned to sender at senders request". I have had no update or communication as to why this has happened or what is going to happen with the order.
I contacted their "help" email twice over 2 day and both days I got the response "we will verify the situation and get back to you" the same copy and pasted message with no further communication.
These were gifts for my partners birthday that is tomorrow and now I have nothing to give him.
I want a refund TODAY and if that doesn't come I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank and I have the proof that this parcel was sent back at the sender's request with no communication to me.

Product not working as it should, the custom service online is fast to answer. It the complaint department is totally useless and answer 1 time a week and I have been waiting for help for over a month soon. I have a very sad 9 year old boy that can’t use his Christmas gift properly but the safest part it that the custom services thru email is real shit and it feels like just scam
Ordered the BOBOVR S3 Pro| Strap along with an additional battery, charging dock etc on 27th (just under €300) 5 days later there was no update on the tracking and had to chase. 19th February I got informed it was being sent back because of a failed delivery attempt. I work from home so always here and my contact details were provided but yet no phone call was received during this failed delivery attempt. They say they won't refund me until they receive the order. It is now 1st March and I am still without my money or order and it has been 10 days since anyone has had the decency to respond to any of my emails. How can a company be allowed to get a way with this. Over a month since I paid this company money with nothing to show for it.
