I purchased my robotic vacuum in August 2021 for $415, and it worked well until recently. I logged into the app only to find my robot missing. I received an email about phasing out cloud services, which contradicts their promise to maintain them for five years. This has turned my vacuum into a useless device. I will seek some form of restitution.
