We purchased a camera and it just didn’t work for us. It was returned promptly with a return label Vosker suppled. We are going on a year of awful customer service merry go round and just can’t seem to get our money refunded . How hard could it be to reimburse a PayPal order. I’ve spent so many calls and hours and the latest was “ we will send a check out”. I will get on every media outlet I can to describe basically theft on behalf of Vosker
