Disappointing Service Experience

The service from the company is highly disappointing. The subscription fee is quite high and restricts you to 500 images. While that could be acceptable, the software fails to distinguish between shadows and actual movement, causing you to hit the limit quickly. Expect to waste a lot of time sorting through countless ineffective security images.

Disappointing Performance

The cameras and app software are extremely frustrating. The subscription cost is steep and limits you to just 500 images, which would be fine if the software could tell the difference between shadows and moving objects. As it stands, you'll hit that limit in just a few days. Be prepared to spend hours scrolling through countless meaningless security images.

Frustrating Experience with the Camera

I received the camera and solar panel in good condition, but that’s where the positives end. After following all the setup instructions, I found that the night vision didn’t work, and notifications were inconsistent, often showing images of nothing or alerts hours late. I’ve experienced every issue mentioned in other reviews. In short, avoid this product; even cheaper options from other retailers have outperformed this.

Poor Support Experience

The cameras are great when functioning, but the support team has been unhelpful. I’ve encountered numerous issues, and it feels like I know more about the cameras than they do. They are ineffective and frustrating.

Camera Malfunction

The camera worked for a while but then stopped, indicating that pictures would resume in 15 days. Despite having an unlimited plan, it claimed I exceeded my limit. The only response from the company is to return the camera for analysis. They keep saying pictures will be available soon, but I remain skeptical.

Warning About the Company

Exercise caution with this company! I returned two cameras in their original packaging as instructed. After nearly a month of waiting for a refund, I had to escalate the issue with my credit card company. They eventually reimbursed me, but it’s concerning that I had to go that route to get my money back. Attempts to reach out to the original sales representative yielded no responses.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered two cameras, and before they even arrived, the company put them on sale. When I asked if I could receive the sale price, they said no, forcing me to buy the discounted ones and return the originals. This is frustrating and illogical. Additionally, I’ve been receiving unwanted sales calls at inconvenient hours from their call center.
