Cancelled order, debt collection and no customer support!!My order was cancelled and marked as refunded, but the Klarna invoice remained open. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response or assistance from the shop.Furthermore, the shop’s website is currently not working, and the provided email address does not respond or appears to be inactive. There is no way for customers to contact the company.Instead of resolving the issue, the unpaid invoice was transferred to a debt collection agency, which added extra fees and interest. The amount increased from €77.79 to over €130, even though the order was cancelled.The case has been reported to the relevant supervisory authorities and will be handled through formal consumer complaint procedures.I find this practice highly unprofessional. Customers should not be held responsible for system errors or lack of communication from the seller.I strongly do not recommend this shop!!
