Cancelled order, debt collection and no customer support!!
My order was cancelled and marked as refunded, but the Klarna invoice remained open. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response or assistance from the shop.
Furthermore, the shop’s website is currently not working, and the provided email address does not respond or appears to be inactive. There is no way for customers to contact the company.
Instead of resolving the issue, the unpaid invoice was transferred to a debt collection agency, which added extra fees and interest. The amount increased from €77.79 to over €130, even though the order was cancelled.
The case has been reported to the relevant supervisory authorities and will be handled through formal consumer complaint procedures.
I find this practice highly unprofessional. Customers should not be held responsible for system errors or lack of communication from the seller.
I strongly do not recommend this shop!!
I cannot access their website and when I do my safari page comes up with an error it tells me it could be a scam website. I ordered some Ugg trainers for my son for Christmas and did it through Klarna this was on the 10th November and I got an email on the 19th of November saying that I had been refunded and as u cancelled my order whennunfact I didn’t cancel my order. I have put a second report in on Klarna as the first report said there wasn’t enough evidence and they are still going to make me pay for and item that I have never received . I can’t get in touch with VOsneakers as I can’t access their page this is so frustrating.
I have ordered UGG sneakers it was 47% off for black month I was searching in Klarna this website pop out so I thought it’s safe but unfortunately not safe they have charged almost 100 euro but now they disappeared from the site I can’t see anything and no money refunded they have said it will be from 48 to 72 hours but it’s more than one week nothing don’t answer the WhatsApp so it’s scam scam beware guys 😞
Absolute con they are a total fake site. I have read other comments from other customers and I've exactly the same complaint. Purchased a pair of trainers then waited 10 working days for delivery but VOSneakers on the last day the trainers were meant to be delivered sent me a text message to say that I had cancelled my order (which I didn't). I tried calling them to ask what was wrong but ZERO answer, two days later I received an email to say they had cancelled my order because of supplier issues. 40 days later NO REFUND and zero communication from them. I paid through Klarna as VOSneakers was actually on the Klarna website. Zero help from Klarna because apparently they are nothing to do with Klarna they just advertise on Klarna's webpage. Total scam from both companies

Biggest scam i have ever seen, i ordered some timberlands a while ago and as i expected they never arrived so i did it through klarna just to be sure and when vosneakers cancelled my order i showed it to klarna but vosneakers had the audicity to tell klarna that they did arrive? anyways i got my money back and i let klarna know that this are big time scammers!!
I ordered a boots from their website on november 1,2025 and haven't received the product for 3 weeks. I keep complaining what it took so long to deliver and they canceled my order on november 19,2025, and until now i have not received the refund from them. And i can't contact them either. I reported it to klarna and they said i still need to pay them even i did not received the product. Now is december 8, 2025 and klarna is giving me until 11th of december to refund the payment i made to vosneakers.
Ordered on Nov 1st, Claimed their supplier sent a fake model of 4060 new balance I bought, Been asking about the status for 3 weeks, I claimed for a refund, I got blocked.This website is 100% scam, their whatsapp is an IA, their phone number doesn't exist, their claim to have 24/7 system that doesn't exist, their webpage now its down.Update:To this day the dispute from the refund has been raised to the merchant(sp vosneakers) on nov 20.With no response from them claim from fraud was raised to VISA, I paid with revolut so they are taking care of this. This response from VOSNEAKERS is totally fake and I havent got my money back to this day december 6th Update for later claim:You can check your own page and check that you cancelled and says you havent issue the reinbunserment
