My order (New Balance 530 sneakers, brown tan) is still not received after 3 weeks of waiting, and their support have not responded to my inquiries. Their email helloATvosneakers.com seems not to be legit, and the French phone number given on their site +33187667540 is wrong or incomplete. Their WhatsApp channel is non-responsive either. Terrible experience, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them and will search for refund filing a formal complaint to the respective law & bank authorities.Update 05.12.2025I still haven't received any refund from Vosneakers one month and a half after my initial purchase, and no delivery either. They stopped answering to my messages on WhatsApp also, even though they promised I will get e a full refund, obviously one more lie from them (I can provide the WhatsApp chat log for proof).AWFUL experience, this company does not care and cheats its clients. Stay away from it!
