I purchased three bath rugs that look great, absorb water well, and don’t slide. After some time, two rugs remained in good shape, but one had an issue. I contacted customer service without high hopes, just to share my experience. They responded quickly, asked questions, and provided maintenance tips. They were extremely helpful and polite. Even though I’m not sure what went wrong, they offered to replace the rug I wasn't satisfied with. I will definitely shop with this company again when I need a new set. That's what I call outstanding service.
