I was refunded because my bank contacted your “company.” I don’t own a business, but it’s pretty comment sense for one to assume that a customer would receive feedback from a company if there were delays or issues with their order and you did not provide that. Negative 100 rating. I ordered two frames and never received them. The tracking link doesn’t work or give any information. I tried contacting them through their online chat and also sent two emails and never heard back. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
