At first it was baI had a very disappointing experience with Vossvio. I purchased leads and have been trying to get a refund that was promised, but it has not been handled properly.I’ve reached out multiple times asking for updates, and each time I was told to wait another week or that a refund or Venmo payment was coming. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any refund or even a clear update on what’s going on.Communication has been especially frustrating. Michael from support initially responded but kept pushing timelines back, and now I’m no longer receiving any responses at all.At this point, I’m still waiting on my refund with no resolution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
