I was ripped off with these fake leads not once but twice totaling 199. and 299. for a grand total of 498!! Micheal told me several times he refunded but never did and now the chat is going blank! I plan on taking this up with the credit company I used and Also file suit!
At first it was baI had a very disappointing experience with Vossvio. I purchased leads and have been trying to get a refund that was promised, but it has not been handled properly.
I’ve reached out multiple times asking for updates, and each time I was told to wait another week or that a refund or Venmo payment was coming. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any refund or even a clear update on what’s going on.
Communication has been especially frustrating. Michael from support initially responded but kept pushing timelines back, and now I’m no longer receiving any responses at all.
At this point, I’m still waiting on my refund with no resolution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
No lead ever responded. I clicked refund button after the 30 day period. No response. I emailed the address they said to email. No response. I emailed again, they said it would be refunded in 5-10 business days. I checked after 10 days, no refund. Emailing them again. Ridiculous.
Could never get a hold of the "sellers and buyers" they say inquired. The refund was not automatic as they say and the customer service is a box to ask and their average response time was 12 hours. They still owe me the $299 fee that was due back to me Jan 31 2026. I got tired of waiting for a response, which has never come. I filed a dispute with my CC company. I still don't see where the state, " If they don't hire you don't pay" as you have to pay first to see the limited information given. This is yet another way to get into Realtors pockets with promises that don't deliver.
Constant unwanted emails even after emailing michael@vossvio many many times asking to be removed from any and all lists. Don't belive this is an oversight, just lazy wait until they're caught tactics. Filed complaint also at BBB and will continue until this stops.
I was skeptic to use their services at first but still gave them a try. Unfortunately I did not hear back from the 3 leads that were provided, but that’s something that occurs in the line of business. After the 30 day period I was issued my refund for the leads. Not all leads will result in a close so always keep that in mind with any services you choose.
I have claimed a few sellers, but no listings yet. One lead never responded to multiple attempts even though it was listed as the owner needing to move right away. Another lead has responded, but not ready to list quite yet. Real estate is a numbers game, so I will keep trying this platform to see how it works out for me. It seems like it should have a lot of potential.
This company is a scam. The lead they send out always has urgency around acquiring a realtor, and they have all of the buzz words in the industry. You reach out... pay... then nothing.... "I’ll be out of town for the next few days, but I’d be happy to meet in person later next week to go over details before moving forward. I’m available anytime after Thursday and can be flexible with scheduling."Responses seem too perfect. This company happily takes your money. Even promises a refund. Will email you that they refunded you, if you ask for one. Nothing.SCAM! More than 1 individual in my area has fallen for this one.
I am a Real Estate Broker and I tried to use this site ONE time to test it out. It has been almost a month and my refund has not been processed. They have terrible customer service and just continue to tell me my refund is processing. DO NOT USE.
