VOXELPLA makes quality filaments but operates under deceptive pretenses and has very poor customer service. They heavily advertise same or next day shipping. However, every order I have placed gets a label generated same day then does not ship for 3-4 weeks. Only after repeatedly contacting customer service do they actually ship the items. On one occasion they claimed USPS "lost" the package. Per multiple customers on Reddit this is a common excuse they use. If USPS is truly losing so many packages why do they not switch carriers? I cannot recommend buying from them until they correct these practices.
