The only issue is that the website claims: "All orders before 2pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. Typically, US shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive." Additionally product pages mention "same day shipping" as well. However, while the shipping label and tracking number were created on the same day, the package was not received by the courier for around a week based on the tracking information. So while the site claims same day shipping, products have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
