The advertised shipping time for the filaments is 2-5 days, but it took me 4 months to receive my orders. I inquired about my shipments every few weeks, and each time, I was assured they would ship by the weekend. After asking 4-5 times, I felt misled by these responses over the months. It would have been better if they had been upfront about the delays or given a more accurate timeframe. Additionally, the spools are frequently damaged and do not function well in AMS systems. The colors are inconsistent as well; one roll of a color can differ significantly from another, making it impossible to continue a print seamlessly when the first roll runs out. Many rolls also show striping patterns, alternating between darker and lighter shades.
