A few months ago, I ordered a stainless steel pressure cooker that arrived with rust and didn’t seal properly. I sent evidence of the defects to the returns email and received multiple requests to wait without any resolution. Despite repeated contact, nothing changed. It's a faulty and unsafe product, and the return process is virtually non-existent. If I could rate it lower, I would. I advise against purchasing from this company.
