Ordered a steam cleaner, which required a code when being delivered. I had no email or message to say the delivery was even on route and then did not receive a code even when the delivery driver attempted to resend this said code, even thought my contact details were correct on the order confirmation. The delivery driver informed me that they could not give me my parcel without a code, even though I had given my order number and proof of purchase. The delivery driver then told me to contact the sender, which I did. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, to which I received no response. Would not purchase from this site again
