Avoid this company like the plague! Initially friendly until they received payment, after which everything changed. They demanded upfront payment and tried to charge us more than double the agreed price! They made various excuses for delays and missed appointments. Our booking was at 4 PM, but we had no contact until just 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival. We ended up with missed bookings and lost money. The company refuses to refund and is even threatening legal action. It's unacceptable behavior, especially since they canceled on us. I have all the evidence to back my claims. I will be reporting them to the local authorities and will see them in court!
