Initially, the driver arrived over an hour late without any notice, causing significant distress. The situation worsened when it became apparent that the group was to be transported in a 6-seater vehicle instead of the booked 8-seater, despite having more passengers than available seats and seatbelts. This violates transport regulations requiring one seat and seatbelt per passenger, especially concerning children. Attempting to transport them in this unsafe manner is entirely unacceptable and reckless. When the adults rightfully questioned this and requested a refund or the correct vehicle, the company refused, hiding behind terms and conditions while proposing an illegal and unsafe journey. The group's frustration was completely warranted. When they declined to proceed for safety reasons, the company harassed them with numerous phone calls from different drivers, each offering various excuses. There were communication issues, with callers struggling to speak clear English, which was both unprofessional and intimidating. Due to the company's failures, the group missed the main event, which cost £1,600. This loss was entirely preventable and stemmed solely from the company's negligence and refusal to deliver the booked service. I will be reporting this incident to the local transport licensing authority and the police, as it raises serious public safety concerns and potential licensing violations. As a mother, I am deeply disappointed that a licensed transport service would demonstrate such a lack of regard for child safety and customer care. I strongly caution others against using this company. In response to your reply, I am already pursuing legal action. You should not be serving anyone, especially young travelers, and if I could share the relevant communications, I would. Expect to hear from my legal team soon. I want this company shut down.
