Extremely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs. I ordered some shirts from this platform, and they arrived around November. Unfortunately, they were too large, so I sent them back to request an exchange for a smaller size. The order value was around €150, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I returned the package before Christmas and provided the tracking number, but to this day, I have received no updates regarding the exchange or any refund. The customer service is inadequate: they only respond with identical automated emails that do not address the actual issue, as if they don’t even read my messages. No substantial answers, no genuine support. I felt compelled to leave this review, as months have passed and the situation remains unresolved. From Italy, I strongly advise against ordering: the company is very distant and, most importantly, returns are a significant hassle. I have also seen many other reviews from customers sharing the same experience. It’s unfortunate, as the products themselves could be satisfactory, but the after-sales service is completely unreliable. I will never shop from this site again.
