The designs of the shirts are cool and they drew me in. I ordered 2 t-shirts and a vest, and I know they were oversize style but they were MASSIVE. I did send them back and had to wait a full 10 days from them being received for the refund to be processed, and even then it's because I emailed them to chase it up. Now I have to wait a few more days for the refund to land which seems like an inordinate amount amount of time to process. I wish I hadn't ordered from them and I won't again
Cloé was a massive help with customer support. I reached out regarding a small error with an order I had placed and she was able to resolve it in under 24 hours! So fast, nice, and understanding! Highly recommend this brand as their clothes are fantastic as well.
Following up on my earlier feedback, customer support is almost non-existent. They utilize an AI bot that is unable to assist with any issues, and actual chat support is only available on Wednesdays, which often fails to work. I received an exchange for a recently ordered hoodie, hoping it was just a production error due to its poor quality, but the replacement was nearly identical. The sleeves were overly baggy, the material felt like a thin cardigan, and it was so sheer that it was see-through. Compared to previous hoodies, this one was made very cheaply for a £60 item. I will be returning it once more and won't consider purchasing again until improvements are made, which is disappointing because past hoodies and T-shirts were of excellent quality.
Extremely disappointing experience – avoid at all costs. I ordered some shirts from this platform, and they arrived around November. Unfortunately, they were too large, so I sent them back to request an exchange for a smaller size. The order value was around €150, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I returned the package before Christmas and provided the tracking number, but to this day, I have received no updates regarding the exchange or any refund. The customer service is inadequate: they only respond with identical automated emails that do not address the actual issue, as if they don’t even read my messages. No substantial answers, no genuine support. I felt compelled to leave this review, as months have passed and the situation remains unresolved. From Italy, I strongly advise against ordering: the company is very distant and, most importantly, returns are a significant hassle. I have also seen many other reviews from customers sharing the same experience. It’s unfortunate, as the products themselves could be satisfactory, but the after-sales service is completely unreliable. I will never shop from this site again.
If you're in an EU country, returning purchased items is nearly impossible! I've been trying for 30 days to send back my order, but there's no assistance whatsoever. They keep repeating the same instructions and the provided URL doesn't work. Shipping companies impose additional taxes on returns, and there's no support from them! Therefore, individuals in the EU need to be cautious; the products you buy might remain unsold. This feels like a scam. The customer service team is consistently unhelpful!
I am very dissatisfied with my experience with the company. I placed my first order during a major sale and paid $374.80 CAD, which included shipping at checkout. However, when I went to pick up my parcel, I was charged an additional $92.35 CAD by the postal service. I immediately questioned this and was informed that this was NOT customs or duties, but rather a COD (Collect on Delivery) shipping fee. * The receipt indicates COD

* The postal service confirmed it was sent “collect” I reached out to the company with proof of payment, photos of the COD label, and receipts. Despite this, I received several responses days apart, all generic replies blaming customs, clearly without reviewing my message or the attachments. Two different representatives sent the same generic response, ignoring that this was a shipping error, not a customs issue. It feels like the emails are managed by automated systems or templates instead of real support staff. Between: * Being charged for shipping twice

* Having my evidence ignored repeatedly This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, especially as a first-time customer with a significant order. At this point, I am pursuing returns and escalation. I would not recommend ordering internationally from the company unless you are ready to handle unexpected fees and inadequate customer support.
Extremely disappointing quality. I bought two items (luckily at a discounted price), and the logo began to peel on both after just one wash. I received no response when I tried to contact the support team. Only after leaving negative feedback was I offered a specific refund in exchange for removing my review and keeping the items. I kindly declined!
