I ordered prescription lenses and was told the processing and delivery would take around 14–18 days. Instead, it took almost a full month (around 28 days) to arrive. During this time, getting updates was nearly impossible. Whenever I contacted customer support for delivery information, responses came 3/4 days later, and sometimes I didn’t receive a reply at all.
When the package finally arrived, the lenses were damaged. One of them was partially broken. This was incredibly frustrating after such a long wait. I immediately contacted them to request a refund, as the product arrived unusable.
Overall, the experience was very stressful: long delays, poor communication, and damaged product on arrival. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
