Very good quality, super clear, and they even darken while driving a car in sunny weather! Very hard to install, though. Lenses fit in so tight, I was concerned I will break the frame. But the result made me forget about all the problems!
I ordered prescription lenses and was told the processing and delivery would take around 14–18 days. Instead, it took almost a full month (around 28 days) to arrive. During this time, getting updates was nearly impossible. Whenever I contacted customer support for delivery information, responses came 3/4 days later, and sometimes I didn’t receive a reply at all.
When the package finally arrived, the lenses were damaged. One of them was partially broken. This was incredibly frustrating after such a long wait. I immediately contacted them to request a refund, as the product arrived unusable.
Overall, the experience was very stressful: long delays, poor communication, and damaged product on arrival. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
After waiting a month for my Gen 1 Meta 4008 Ray-Ban prescription lenses, they finally come to only be too small for the frames(checked and made sure i have everything right in my order) so i grab my old pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses and pop the lenses out and what a shocker, they fit in those, to only find out, THE PRESCRIPTION IS WAY OFF. Not even usable at all, what a waste. I guess its like what they say, "you pay for what you get" and this applies here 100%, best of luck to all and i hope you have a better experience than me!
They took my order and took very long to even tell me what was going on. I had to call and then they shipped it. The worst part was the lenses. They actually dont fit, the video they show very easy installation but the ones they sent they dont fit at all despite doing all the recommended steps. This is the worst idea. Dont do it.
Initially I put 1 start because I never got the order but then they reached out and offered to send it again and even gave me a small partial refund. The new shipping was very fast and the lenses are clear and clean. Happy with the product now that I finally received it. Only thing I’d say is they should get their shipping fixed because the first attempt was horrible.
