The item I received did not match what was advertised online. The dash cam was supposed to be suction cup mounted and battery powered, but I got one that had to be permanently mounted and wired to a power source. This was exactly what I didn't want. To make matters worse, the complaint form wouldn't send after I filled it out. It feels like a scam!
