I have been reaching out for an update about my 1st purchase from Vrsgs but for what reason no one has ever responded.
I never received anything or whatsoever in the mail.
And here you go asking for rating on my purchase?
I’m very disappointed and for this reason, I need a refund.

I placed an order for a flying toy after seeing an online advertisement. It took two months to arrive, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone for updates during that time. The company sent an email with an outdated tracking link. When the item finally arrived, it was not what I expected; instead of the flying toy, I received a different product that didn't function at all. Only one small light turned on, and none of the parts moved. This was a total letdown.
I ordered a "Magic Flying Hoverball" after seeing an advertisement online. It took two months to arrive, during which I couldn't reach anyone for updates. The item I received did not match what was advertised online. The dash cam was supposed to be suction cup mounted and battery powered, but I got one that had to be permanently mounted and wired to a power source. This was exactly what I didn't want. To make matters worse, the complaint form wouldn't send after I filled it out. It feels like a scam!
This company is completely untrustworthy. They claimed to have delivered my order to the mailbox, which is a total lie. There was no USPS tracking number, just an international one that they want you to believe can be tracked. Stay away from this company to avoid disappointment.
I ordered an item from this company and received a tracking number indicating it would take over a month to arrive. The tracking showed it was in transit to a different state. Two weeks later, it showed delivered, but I never received it. I emailed multiple times without a response. Do not order from them—you'll lose your money.
