I am extremely disappointed with this service. We reserved a cabin in a popular area months in advance for late November. On October 3, we were informed that our original cabin was unavailable, and we had to select from three alternatives that day. After reviewing the options, we chose one but specifically confirmed that the fireplace was functional, as a previous guest had noted it was broken. We received an email assuring us it was operational. Upon arrival, however, we found the fireplace was out of order. Despite contacting them immediately, we were told there was nothing they could do since the owner refused to fix it. We requested a different cabin, but they denied our request due to the fireplace issue. I even referenced their email confirming its functionality, but they showed no concern, which felt very unprofessional. My husband reached out the next day, and they only offered a $50 credit after spending over $1,000 for a cabin that didn’t match the advertised amenities.
