I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. We reserved a cabin in the woods several months in advance for late November. On October 3, we were informed that our cabin was no longer available and we had to select another from a limited list of three options, with a decision required that same day. After reviewing the alternatives and their feedback, we chose a cabin but specifically inquired about the fireplace's functionality due to previous issues. We received an email confirming that the fireplace was operational. However, upon arrival, we discovered it was out of order, with a sign indicating it was nonfunctional. We called right away, but were told that nothing could be done as the owner was unwilling to fix it. When we requested a different cabin, they said it wasn't possible due to the fireplace issue, despite having proof of their earlier confirmation. They showed a lack of professionalism in handling the situation. The next morning, my husband contacted them and they only offered a $50 credit, which felt inadequate after spending over $1,000 for a cabin that did not match the advertised amenities.

This service treats property owners poorly. We sold our unit on a specific date, and they charged us a full year's linen renewal just days before the sale. They then offered a minimal refund based on our ownership duration, which is not appropriate as linen renewal is meant for the upcoming year. It's frustrating.
WARNING: Management completely failed us during a holiday weekend. We booked a beachfront condo expecting a premium experience, but what we found was unacceptable. The unit was disorganized, with no linens, dirty items left behind, and basic necessities missing. We paid a significant amount, expecting better. When we reported the issues, they acknowledged them but offered no real solutions, suggesting we find a hotel instead. Their response was inadequate, and when I sought compensation, they suddenly claimed they could only communicate with the primary guest, despite having dealt with me previously. They refunded the cleaning fee but nothing more. It raises concerns about their management practices. Travelers should seek better-managed options.
The property we booked in a specific location was misrepresented. The listing showed two recliners, which were essential for us, but upon arrival, there were none and only one defective chair. I reported this to management three days ago and have yet to receive a response. Everything else was satisfactory, but this was a significant issue for us. We will not return.
The most concerning issue with this service is the danger we faced due to their lack of responsiveness regarding our safety. After a winter storm, we contacted them about our icy driveway, but their only reply was about potential extra charges if we didn't leave on time. No one followed up, and no assistance was provided. At nearly 70, I should not have to clear their driveway. I attempted to navigate it and nearly lost control of my vehicle. Their disregard for guest safety is alarming. It's crucial for others to be aware of this before booking.
This organization lacks compassion and customer care. Although they addressed some issues promptly, the overall experience felt cold and unwelcoming. After renting the same property for two years, I was disappointed to find it already booked without any consideration for returning customers. When I inquired about rebooking, the response was simply that it was not available. Very disappointing.
I made a reservation for a condo months ahead for a significant event, only to be informed last minute that the owner now requires a longer stay than we can manage. Our reservation was abruptly canceled, forcing us to seek accommodations far away. This is unacceptable.
