I've actually used this service for years. And at first I loved it. I loved the fact that I can take my extensive DVD library and make it digital for a small fee. Then I have it with me when I go on business trips. Recently probably the last year. I have been completely unable to use the disc to digital service. I have mostly just ignored it and not done anything about it, but in the last couple months I finally decided to reach out to tech support to figure out what's going on. I started with the online chat. First just asking them what the error code means. But they won't tell me. They tell me I have to send an email with multiple screenshots of my device location my movies. I'm trying to scan the error code itself. This seems incredibly over the top for me just being told what the error code means. But I went ahead with it. They sent me an email link that I needed to reply to with all the pictures and descriptions which I did. It has now been over a month and I have not heard back from them. I reached out to the chat support again and of course they refused to give me any information telling me. I just need to send an email which I did already but the person I'm talking to tells me I need to do it again..... This seems redundant since I've already done it and not received any help from it. So why would I do it again if I already did it and receive no help.
