Very disappointing experience with Vueling Airlines. I will definitely not fly with them again.
We were charged €45 just for a cabin bag, which already felt excessive. When we asked if we could have seats together, we were told the flight was full and that we would need to pay extra to choose seats.
However, once we boarded the plane, it was clearly not full at all. There were many empty seats available. It felt very misleading and unnecessary to charge extra when there was clearly space.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend flying with this airline.
