Been stung by the auto-renewal as others have mentioned. They don't care about their customers to treat them this way. Other media providers have a one month notice period which is clearly stated and we have always received a formal notice with a quote for the coming year. Vuelio trick their customers with small print and poor communication acting in bad faith, expecting a decision three months before renewal but not clearly telling customers this. It did not say this anywhere on the document I signed, no one told me this and I only found out via a tiny link to the terms and conditions document. I was happy with the service until this happened and would have stayed with Vuelio for a long time. Amazes me that it's worth losing a customer long term over money short term.
