Contract auto-renewal happened over our busiest trading period after our entire team had changed hands. Feels like they hid the payment terms in a conversation about who the main point of contact is and are now using it to refuse refund, even though we've discussed we have no use for their service.

We've worked with Vuelio for a long time now. Despite any potentially issues with the platform their support team have been very quick to sort out any issues and are very knowledgeable about the platform. We've worked with Matt and Victoria especially from their team who have been great.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Extremely unprofessional company, they try to auto renew you without permission even when you tell them explicitly that you do not want to several months before! All you get is a rude response that you should pay your next years invoice. This alone speaks volumes about the quality, value and usefulness of their service. Platform itself is useless as well, we have taken them onboard to try for a year. Not had any use out of it whatsoever. I can see that there are a number of other companies they have done this to as well. It really grates me when firms like this try to bully other companies with shady terms and practices. Unlucky for them we have a strong legal background and will not let ourselves be bullied, very happy to see them in court!
