Unbelievable. We have just received a letter from a debt collection agency for a subscription we have never used. We told our account manager we don't wish to have the service anymore which has been ignored. We have NEVER used the service. Surely something needs to be done as they have now sent the debt to a debt collection agency. On the back of a global pandemic and trying to survive we have a company like Vuelio who are behaving like this in a disgusting manner. Surely there has to be someone who can take this company to task!!
